1. Return Conditions

• Customers can return products within 7 days of receipt if:
• The items are broken or damaged during shipping.
• Incorrect items or wrong quantity were delivered.
• Note: Returns are not accepted for subjective reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size due to ordering errors.

2. Return Process

• Send a return request via email with clear photos and defect details.
• Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
• If approved, return instructions will be provided to send items to our Vietnam warehouse.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by the company.

3. Refund Policy

• If the product is defective and cannot be replaced, we offer refunds through:
• Bank transfer to the customer’s account.
• Deduction from the total of the next order.
• Refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days after confirmation.
