Please read our terms carefully before placing an order

1. Sales Policy

1.1. Ordering

• Orders can be placed via website, email, or direct contact with our sales department.
• All orders are confirmed through email or an official sales contract.
• A 50% deposit of the total value is required prior to production. The remaining amount is due before shipment.

1.2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in USD or VND, and may vary based on order quantity.
• Accepted payment methods include: Bank Transfer, L/C, PayPal, or other mutually agreed options.
• All international transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Warranty Policy

• Ceramic and handcrafted items are sold without a warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
• If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will support product replacement.

3. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and mutual agreement.
• If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled according to the laws of Canada.
